What is Hypnosis? Hypnosis, (Hypno is Greek for sleep), is a conscious state of sleep.

Can I be hypnotized? If you are able to clear your mind and focus on simple "relaxing" suggestions, yes. There are only two small segments of our population that cannot be. There are those who have "control issues" and those who may find it hard to focus on anything for any amount of time.
Is the Hypnotist in control of me during the session? No. This is the most common myth surrounding hypnosis. The fact of the matter is that you are under complete and total control at all times before, during, and after the session.
How will I feel after a Hypnosis session? You will have a "generalized" sense of peace and relaxation. You will feel somewhat like you do when you first wake up after a night of sleep.
How long will the effects of hypnosis last after a session? With hypnosis, the more you become hypnotized, the deeper into a state of relaxation you will go. After experiencing a few sessions, you will notice the effects of peace and relaxation lasting for longer and longer periods of time. After continued and regular use, you will notice you will be able to go for longer periods of time between sessions.
